Hagan calls Pulaski experience ‘rewarding’

For years David Hagan’s wife, a native Pulaskian, tried to get him to invest in the town, but he’d respond, “I’m fine in Christiansburg.”

But now that he has finally granted her request, he says, “It’s been a very rewarding experience for us.”

Hagan, a partner in SHAH Development and Shelor Motor Mile, said the companies are developers, but he also considers them investors because “when we invest in something, we invest in the community.”
