It’s an investment

If people would only think of building a new middle school as an investment in Pulaski County’s future and our children’s future – who will be walking the halls, and learning and growing with state-of-the-art classrooms and technology – then the need to facilitate a debate would never happen.

There will be financial discomfort in many walks of life, and the longer this battle wages on, the worse they will be. At the same time, the worsening of our current buildings continues, and they will reach the point of no return sooner rather than later.

Voting “no” is like taking the wind from the sails of a boat that can see the finish line. To rob our children and our county of this opportunity will only continue to delay a process that has already taken 30 years to get to.
No more delays. Vote “yes.”
