Guardsman denied bond on child sex offenses

A Pulaski County judge Monday denied bond for a North Carolina-based National Guardsman accused of four counts of carnal knowledge of a 13- to 15-year-old Pulaski County child.

Boardman surrendered himself to authorities July 29, according to evidence offered during Monday’s bond hearing. He has been held without bond since then.
