Child sexual battery uncontested

A Dublin man will serve almost a sixth of a 12-year prison sentence after pleading no contest Friday to sexually battering a five-year-old child in April 2013.

The no contest plea means Anthony Michael Fiore, 25, didn’t admit guilt, but he did acknowledge evidence would be sufficient for a finding of guilt. The plea was entered under an agreement with the prosecution.

Even twelve years would not be enough for a crime of this nature. This guy was let off easy. What a shame.

Less than 2 years are you kidding me! This child will have a lifetime of memories and an innocent childhood taken away from them. One can only hope that he will get his due justice in prison. And he plead no contest not guilty, but there was sufficient evidence, what a disgusting coward, anyone who would harm a child in this way deserves nothing but to suffer, and again I hope he gets his due justice in jail that wasn’t given to his victim.

What justice system? With respect only to those were respect is due, haven’t you realized the fact that those who make up the laws and guidelines that are followed are mostly self serving or for a political contribution. People we allow to govern us don’t have as much sense as most of US do. We have the largest group of idiots ever assembled both in our legislation in Richmond and Washington. And we just keep on putting them back in. No matter who, don’t vote for incumbents. It shouldn’t be a career or lifetime job.
