Judge delays ruling on child’s testimony

A judge Thursday held off deciding whether a five-year-old child is competent to testify against the 25-year-old Dublin man accused of sexually battering her a year ago.

Earlier this month, a motions hearing in the aggravated sexual battery case of Anthony Michael Fiore was continued until Thursday. The purpose of the motion is to allow Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Marcus Long Jr. to meet with the alleged victim and determine whether the child is of sufficient age to understand the difference between right and wrong and being truthful and untruthful.

So, you can so vile things to a child, and then question their competency? if there is any justice in this case, they will put him in general population so someone can show him how it feels to have your innocence stolen!

This child was coached by her mother. She does not know the difference in a truth or a lie and the mother coached the child after being CONVICTED of assault and battering on the child! Anthony’s story shouldn’t be told without the truth of him trying for FIVE YEARS to get the Department of Social services to investigate the child’s signs of sexual and physical abuse. The mother was not even charged until 2013 when she took the child in question to the doctor after beating her and the doctor reported her. The mother coached this child so she could get the father (Anthony) out of the picture to keep her child in an abusive home.
