BREAKING: Cole indicted on charges related to infant son’s death

On April 14, 2014, a Pulaski County Grand Jury returned indictments against Howard Samuel Cole for capital murder and illegal disposal of a body, according to Commonwealth’s Attorney Mike Fleenor. The charges are related to the death of his 5-month-old son, Cory Cole, the infant whose body was found buried in a shallow grave in a wooded area in Draper on January 30.

The punishment for the crime of capital murder is either death or life without parole, and the punishment for the illegal disposal of a body is one to five years in prison or up to 12 months in jail.

According to Fleenor, neither the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office nor the Pulaski Police Department have or will have any further comment on this case until it has been tried and a verdict returned.

Know one knows why people do what they do, but if he is covering up for the mother he is a fool. This is so sad. My grandson and baby Cody are cousins and this has hit home hard.

I’m with you Ramona, he’s covering for the Mom. Both of them should be charged with Capital Murder!
