Cole doesn’t contest bond revocation

A Pulaski man charged with child abuse in the case of an infant found dead in Draper did not contest the revocation of his bond in a separate case Friday.

Prosecutors filed to have the court revoke a bond Howard Samuel Cole posted on a charge of grand theft auto. Cole already is being held without bond on the child abuse charge, so he did not object.

Cole and Samantha Anna Jane Taylor Warden both are charged with the child abuse and neglect of their of five-month-old son, Cory Samuel Cole. However, there have been no charges filed in connection with the infant’s death.

The baby’s body was found buried in a wooded area in Draper less than a week after police were notified that he was missing.

I’m wondering why neither one of them have been charged in the death of their son yet. I think both of them should be held accountable for his death.

Oh don’t worry. They will. There is no rush to charge them with the murder given that both are already behind bars. If they rush to charge them too soon before they have all their evidence, they could get off on the charges. It takes a while for all the autopsy tests to come back. They will be charged with murder.
