Christina Carol Booth Klaiber Burton Bingman

Christina Carol Booth Klaiber Burton Bingman  – 38

Our girl came into this world in a hurry on June 12, 1975 and slipped gently into the arms of Jesus on Jan. 26, 2014. Christi, Pooh Duck, Sissy Poo, Momma Bear, mother, daughter, sister, friend.  She was fiery, unique and beautiful inside and out, full of life, ready to take on the world without backing down from any challenge.  Always ready with a listening ear, comforting shoulder, wisecrack or a baseball bat to cover your back – whatever was needed she gave all she had to offer to those she loved. She would cry with you, laugh with you, and gave the best advice, even if you didn’t want to hear it. Her son said, “She was home.  Even if we had ended up on the street, it would have been home.”

She faced life with bravery, determination and strength.  She was a rock for all that knew and loved her.

Christi is survived by her children, Brianna and Kamron Burton; parents, Shirley DeWeese (Wayne), Kenneth Booth Jr. (Sharon), stepfather Rick Klaiber; sisters, Terina Vallance (Tony), Aimee Jordan (Bill), Brooke Corkhill (Rob), and Morgan Booth; brothers, Travis Klaiber (Sarah), Carl and John Carroll, grandfather, Kenneth Booth Sr. and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her stepmother, Carlene Klaiber, and grandparents, Carl Carroll, Bertha Marshall, Thelma Booth, Harold and Ruby Klaiber. She leaves behind special friends Hollie, Donna, Terri, Jennifer, Tracie, Tammy and Tanner.

Visitation will be held at Victory Restoration Church in Christiansburg. Thursday, Jan. 30, at 4 p.m. with the celebration of her life to follow at 6.  In leiu of flowers, an account has been set up at Suntrust Bank in Radford for her children, Brianna and Kamron Burton. Cremation Services provided my McCoy Funeral Home.
