Sex offender sought for not registering


Virginia State Police are seeking an Eggleston sex offender who failed to register by the required date.

Sgt. Michael Conroy said 31-year-old James Frank Warner Jr. is wanted on charges of probation violation and failing to register with the Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Register. The last time he registered was Feb. 13, 2012.

According to the sex offender registry on the State Police website,, Warner has been a registered sex offender since 2008, when he was convicted in Montgomery County Circuit Court of 10 counts of carnal knowledge of a child 13-15 years of age.

Warner is described as 5-feet, 11-inches tall, 136 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. His home address is listed at 3589 Church Hill Road in Eggleston.

    He’s not wanted anymore. Please see the article in the Bismarck Tribune. He was drunk and hit a party bus seriously injuring 12 people head on last night. He’s in custody here in North Dakota.
