BREAKING NEWS: Boil water notice lifted in town and county

N0331250The town of Pulaski and Pulaski County have lifted their boil water advisories. That means it is once again safe to drink tap water without boiling it.

Here’s the official notice:



Customers of the Pulaski County Public Service Authority (PSA) and the Town of Pulaski public water systems were notified on Jan. 19, 2013, of a problem with their drinking water, and were advised to boil the water before drinking.  We are pleased to report that the problem has been corrected and that it is no longer necessary to boil your water for drinking, beverage and food preparation, and making ice. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly (for example, people in apartments, nursing homes, schools, and businesses). You can do this by posting this notice in a public place or distributing copies by hand or mail.
