Radford Rivercats U12B Black Soccer team wins title

Congratulations to the Radford Soccer Club Rivercats U12B Black soccer team for claiming the Blue Ridge Soccer League Fall 2012 U12 Premier Division championship!   The Rivercats finished league play with an undefeated 8-0 record.  Coaches Matt Dremel and Chris Castle are proud of the player’s efforts and are looking forward to the spring season.

The Rivercats are comprised of players from Pulaski County, Radford, Christiansburg and Wytheville.  The Blue Ridge Soccer League provides competitive travel soccer for players from U-10 to U-19.  BRSL is comprised of member clubs in the NRV, Roanoke Valley, and the Piedmont area of Virginia whose focus is player development.   The team would like to thank Ben Kramer of NRCC for allowing the team to use their soccer field for practice.
