The Virginia State Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle that is suspected to be involved in a hit-and-run wreck in Dublin on the evening of Nov. 29.
First Sgt. Mike Honaker said the incident occurred at about 7 p.m., adjacent to Dublin United Methodist Church and Darst Avenue.

The suspect vehicle is described as a metallic blue Dodge Durango that would have damage to the driver’s side headlight assembly and the front left bumper.
The drive’s side mirror probably will be missing as well.
The Durango is suspected of hitting a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder that was parked on the side of the road.
Anyone having information concerning the suspect vehicle or wreck should contact the Dublin State Police office at (540) 643-2560.
Trooper Bill Murphy is the investigating officer.
