Pulaski County authorities have arrested three Pulaski residents in connection with double robberies in Fairlawn Friday.

Pulaski County Sheriff Jim Davis said Ernest Logan Draper, 18, Anthony Curtis Mannon, 48, and Angela Marie Smith, 26, are being held in New River Valley Regional Jail in connection with armed robberies at Troy’s and King Buffet. He said the investigation continues and “more charges are expected.”
Draper is charged with two counts each of armed robbery and using a firearm in the commission of a felony; and Mannon and Smith each face two counts of conspiring to commit armed robbery.
Troy’s, a pizza and sandwich shop, and King Buffet, an Asian food restaurant, were robbed within four minutes of each other just after 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30. The businesses are located in separate, adjoining shopping centers Fairlawn.
In both cases, a white male entered the restaurant displaying a firearm and demanding money, and then fled on foot.
