Police arrested Perry Reese, 52, of Pulaski after pursuing the man on foot. He was charged with stalking, trespassing, and public intoxication.
Officers were advised that Reese had been rummaging through at vehicle at the complex before they arrived. Reese fled into an adjacent field once he saw the officers in the parking lot, Saul said.
