A key supplier of metal containers for one of Pulaski County’s newest industries, Korona Candles, will follow in Korona’s footsteps and set up shop in Pulaski County.

During an announcement at Pulaski Train Station Monday, Marcel Cremer, president and CEO of RICK USA Stamping Corp., said the new business is creating about 10 new jobs over the next three years. He said they are looking to hire younger and older workers who want long-term employment.

“We’re not the kind of guys who hire today and fire tomorrow,” he said.

I think it is great that we are getting more jobs in the county. So, let me see here, a board of supervisor has a building that no one has ever rented and along comes a new company and guess what they are going to rent this one. Wouldn’t it be nice to be on the board and get all of the inside scoops on what is coming into the county and then get their names and talk to them to rent your property. Hello! what do you call that conflict of interest, and I think there are a few other things they call that also. This isn’t the only time this has happened, and until the people in this county looks into all of this corruption and nasty dealings then they will continue to do this.
