As part of its “Paws to Read” Summer Reading Program, Pulaski County Library System is hosting a Pet Photo Contest this summer.
Entries will be accepted June 9-30 and will be placed on display at the Pulaski branch on Third Street throughout the month of July. The public will vote on their favorites, with winners being announced at the Summer Reading Program finale July 31 at 11 a.m.
Participants need only take a “cute, funny or unique” photo of their pet and drop off a print of the photo at the Pulaski or Dublin library branches before the June 30 deadline. Photo prints must be at least 4X6, but no larger than 8X10 inches in size. Framing is not necessary.
The contest is open to all ages, children to adults, regardless of photography skills.
