A woman who was released on bond in the fall under the condition she receive drug treatment is back in jail and will stay there pending trial.
The attorney for Amber Danielle Dalia asked Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Marcus Long Jr. to give Dalia a second chance at drug treatment. Prosecutors said she failed to transfer from one program another in February.
Long denied the request, saying she had been given a break but she “completely thumbed her nose at the court.”
