With municipal elections just around the corner, town of Dublin and Pulaski citizens who want to vote Tuesday, May 6, must register by Monday in order to do so.
Those who are not already registered voters have until 5 p.m. Monday, April 14, to register so they can vote in the election for town council in both towns and mayor in Pulaski. The Pulaski County Voter Registration office is now in the west end of Maple Shade Plaza, not in the historic courthouse.
The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot for the municipal election is Tuesday, April 29, if application is made by mail, and Saturday, May 3, if made in person. Pulaski County Registrar Kathy Webb said the Voter Registration office is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, May 3, to allow absentee voters one last chance to cast their ballots prior to the election.
