After serving his first full term on the Pulaski town council, member Joseph Goodman is aiming to keep his seat as he pursues a second term.
Goodman, who has lived in the Town of Pulaski for almost a decade, has served on the council for the past four years, earning the title of vice mayor for his close cooperation with current Mayor Jeff Worrell. According to Goodman, he initially asserted his effort to hold a position on the council to help the town progress through the figurative rut it was caught in.
“At the time, I noticed that we seemed to be sort of stuck as a community,” said Goodman. “We were trying to figure out how we were going to go from being a factory town to changing that mindset as the economy changed.”
