PCHS Golden Cougar Marching Band will host dinner and a concert featuring The Old Pros Big Band Orchestra of New River Community College March 29 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Pulaski County High School Commons. Several members of the Golden Cougar Marching Band are also members of The Old Pros.

PCHS band member John Henry Farris said the band had the same event around this time last year and that the event was a success. Farris said new uniforms for the band are going to cost around $60,000.

Tickets are $7 for adults and  $5 for children 12 and under and can be purchased ahead of time from PCHS band students or at the PCHS band room, or at the door the night of the event. All proceeds will go toward helping the band purchase new uniforms.
