DST marks time to do more than change clocks

It’s time to “spring forward” again Sunday, but the switch to Daylight Saving Time (DST) is an opportunity to do more than just move the hands on your clocks.

The time officially changes at 2 a.m. Sunday, but unless you want to stay up late or get up early, you might want to turn your clocks ahead an hour before going to bed Saturday night. Failure to do so could make you late for Sunday appointments.
