Phyllis Corder Thomas

ATASCOCITA, Texas – Phyllis Corder Thomas passed away on Monday, Jan. 27, 2014. She was born Oct. 27, 1951 in Wyandotte, Mich. and spent the last 34 years in Humble, Texas residing in Atascocita. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben V. Corder and Ivan Hope Montgomery Corder. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Donald Thomas of Humble, Texas; two daughters, Cary and her husband, Tom, and granddaughter, Autumn of Houston, Texas and Robyn and her husband, Rob, of Houston, Texas and many cousins and relatives in Pulaski County.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 3 at 2 p.m. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, 1631 Bob White Blvd., Pulaski with the Rev. Ginny Tompkins officiating.

Burial will follow in the Montgomery Family Cemetery, Highland Road, Dublin where she will be laid to rest beside her mother.

Visitation will be Monday from 1 p.m. until service time at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.

In lieu of flowers you can donate to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at  JDRF.org and go to memorial donation section. This will help with future diabetes research.

Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the Thomas family.
