Ethel M. Powers Dodgion Lewellyn, 92, of Pulaski, passed away Oct. 4, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Emory C. and Alma V. Powers. She was also preceded in death by first husband, Walter Dodgion, and second husband, Arthur Lewellyn; brothers, John, Bill, Lewis, Emory, Ivan, Donald, and Howard, and sisters, Virginia Garner and Mabel Peake.
Survivors are her step daughter, Barbara White, of Bassett; brothers and sisters-in-law, Thomas G. Powers and Anna, Allen G. Powers and Oplaeen, and sister, Erma J. Marshall, all of Pulaski; step-granddaughter Reneé Wilkinson and husband Wayne of Vienna, and great-grandson Kaden; Godson, Curtis Hawkins and wife, Patricia, of Pulaski, and special friend, Merita Hutchins. She is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Oct. 7, at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Pulaski. The service will be officiated by Minister Melissa McNair-King. Interment will follow immediately after the service at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
The family will receive friends Sunday, Oct. 6, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
