Beans and Rice to hold customer service workshop

Great service is a must in keeping customers happy and returning to a business. Area business owners and members of their service staffs will have an opportunity to boost their skills through participation in a workshop by People Inc.

The workshop will be held Thursday, Sept. 12, 2-4 p.m. at Beans and Rice Inc., 246 N Washington Ave., Suite B, Pulaski. There is no cost to participate.

The workshop will cover a wide range of customer service related topics, including understanding the customer experience, customer service to increase sales, positive behaviors that enhance customer service skills, giving front-line employees confidence and support, and opportunities for managers to learn to lead by example.
