Timothy Scott Allison

Timothy Scott Allison, 43 of Pulaski, born January 4, 1970 to Carl R. and Sonya O’Dell Allison, went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, June 8, 2013.  Meeting him at the gates were his dad; brother, Benny; sister, Shanna, and his grandparents, Harry and Eunice Parks O’Dell, and Thornton and Macie Gunter Allison.  

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 27 years, Debbie Keller Allison of Pulaski; daughter, Victoria Jean Allison, and son, Zachary Scott Allison, both of the home; mother, Sonya O’Dell Allison of Pulaski; sister, Robyn Allison Sheets of Pulaski; nephew, Brent Adkins of Pulaski, and nieces, Chelsi Burnette, Jonna Burnette, and Kristen Adkins of Pulaski.

Scott continued his dad’s heating and air business.  He was a great drummer in the band, Legacy.  He will be greatly missed by many friends who followed his band.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 11, 8 p.m. from the Bob White Boulevard Church of God Refreshing Center with the Rev. Jerry Collins officiating. Visiting will be Tuesday evening at the church where the family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until the service hour.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 12 at 11 a.m. from the Allison Cemetery on Duncan Rd., Allisonia.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to his children at 312 Longview Court, Pulaski, VA 24301 or to the Diabetes Foundation.

    Sonya, my heart goes out to you in your pain.. You have been so strong these years. What a wonderful example you have set with your love and trust of God in your life. May His arms continue to surround you and hold you up. My thoughts and prayers with your family….
