Timothy “Blake” Greenwood, age 24 days, died Tuesday morning, May 21, 2013 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born April 27, 2013 in Roanoke, and is the son of Amanda Lea Gravely and David Thomas Greenwood, both of Pulaski. Blake joined his great-grandparents in Heaven Tuesday morning, Edna Kidd, Walter (Tut) Gravely, along with an uncle, Charlie McLachlen.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Devin Browning of Pulaski and Anthony James Greenwood of Georgia; maternal grandparents, Timothy and Kathy Gravely of Pulaski; paternal grandparents, Scott and Cindy Greenwood and Penny McLachlen. Blake is also survived by four uncles, Chris Hardin, Allen and Kim Hardin, Cameron Kidd, Chris Harkless, and an aunt, Jayde Greenwood.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 24, 2 p.m., at Seagle Funeral Home with the Rev. Kelly Howlett officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
Visiting will be on Friday at the funeral home from noon until 2 p.m. service time. Flowers will be appreciated, but those who wish may make memorial contributions to Blake’s final expenses being handled by Bank of America.
