The town of Pulaski has released the performance schedule for its third annual Grand Slam Bluegrass Festival to be held at Calfee Park May 18.
Three bands will rotate performances during the festival, with each playing two 45-minute sets. Gates open at 2 p.m. and music starts at 3.
Joey Cox & Company will lead off each series, performing at 3 p.m. and again at 6. Adam McPeak and Mountain Thunder will follow at 4 and 7; and James King Band will close out each series at 5 and 8 p.m.
The concert will be held rain or shine. Seating is available under a covered pavilion, but festival goers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair if they plan to sit under the pavilion.
Concessions will be available for purchase, so coolers will not be allowed in the park.
