Students conducting survey for potential investor

By MELINDA WILLIAMS

A group of Virginia Tech students is looking to survey people who work or live in or around downtown Pulaski regarding lunch and break habits.

The survey, being conducted for a potential downtown investor, appears to center around interest in a café-type business offering coffee and pastries.

Survey questions include the length of work breaks the respondent receives, how many times per week the person eats out for lunch, how far he or she is willing to walk for coffee or pastries, the maximum one is willing to pay for a 12-ounce coffee and the respondent’s habits when it comes to attending Pulaski Mariners baseball games and Pulaski Theatre events.

Those wishing to take the survey may do so by visiting http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/D8F73XG.
