RICHMOND – Richard Arlen Crisp, son of the late Samuel and Mary Della Crisp, departed this life surrounded by his family at Henrico Doctor’s Hospital on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013 after a brief illness.
He was born in Pulaski Sept. 6, 1934. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Constance (Connie) Walker Crisp; son, Grayland Arlen Crisp and his wife, Lisa Stewart Crisp, D.D.S.; granddaughters, Caitlin Elise Crisp and Kelley Arlen Crisp; brother, Samuel Crisp, Jr.; sisters, Mary Louise Alexander, Shirley J. Crisp and Delzora Williams; aunt, Louise Witcher, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
The family received friends Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 at 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at noon at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Interment, Westhampton Memorial Park.
