Virginia State Police say Senior Trooper J.A. Jones, who was intentionally hit by a vehicle on Route 100 Saturday, will be released from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital today.
State Police spokeswoman Corinne Geller said police have received numerous tips in the case.
