Mr. John William Boysaw was born May 26, 1932. He departed this life on May 25, 2010. He was the son of the late Roosevelt and Laverna Boysaw. He worked at Tyler Drug for 35 years; he was the faithful custodian for the Pentecostal United Holiness Church for until illness forced him to give it up. He retired from RAAP after 17 years of service. He was a man that served his community well, caring for the elderly and any that needed help. He enjoyed spending time at the McDonald’s in Pulaski.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 59 years, Edith Boysaw; three daughters, Bonnie Phillips (Oscar) of Bellevue, Nebraska, Theresa Williams (Stewart), and Connie Horton (Ronald) of Dublin; three sons, Bobby Boysaw, Patrick Boysaw and Emmanuel Boysaw of Pulaski; 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, special friend, Charles Allen (Junebug), and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 30, from 6-8 p.m. at Spirit of Life Worship Center, 16th street Extension, Pulaski.
Funeral services will take place on Monday, May 31, at 2 p.m. at Spirit of Life Worship Center.
