Burglars strike East Main Street

The Pulaski Police Department responded to a number of burglaries in the five hundred block of East Main Street Jan. 3.
According to Pulaski Police Chief Gary Roche, The Budget Inn, Hodge Insurance, Kathy’s Family Hair Care and Downtown Exxon each had burglaries.
In each incident, the perpetrators made forced entry through a window at the side or back of the building. Cash was reported stolen and an approximate total of five thousand dollars worth of property was damaged.
Bradley Scott Anderson, 29, of Pulaski was arrested in connection with the Budget Inn burglary and is currently being held without bond at the New River Valley Regional Jail.
The investigation is still ongoing and further charges are pending. Anyone having information on these burglaries is asked to contact the Investigations Division of Pulaski Police Department at 994-8680.
