Ethel Lee Bandy Duncan, age 82 of Pulaski passed away Friday January 22, 2010 at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Born September 21, 1927 in Pulaski she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Randall & Gillie Hufford Bandy. Her husband; Price Farley Duncan, infant son; Gary Allen Duncan, two sisters; Mary Sheppard, Myrtle Vest and brothers; John & Walter Bandy also preceded her in death. She attended the Pilgrim’s Rest Church in Draper. She is survived by her Daughter & Son-in-law Jean & David Wall-Dublin;
Sons & Daughters-in-law Roger & Jackie Duncan-Draper;
James & Shelby Duncan-Beaverdam, VA; Michael & Velvet Duncan-Dublin; David Wayne Duncan-Pulaski; Grandchildren David Wall, Lisa “Missy” Wyatt, Angie Edney, Crystal Latsch and Roger Thomas Duncan; 13 Great Grandchildren; Several Special nieces & nephews
and Special Friend – Tammy Lytton.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel with Rev. Richard Wall & Pastor Roger Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at the Thornspring Cemetery.
