Public hearings on Board agenda

Pulaski County Board of Supervisors has nine public hearings on its agenda for next Monday’s meeting, including the proposed move of the New River Voting Precinct to the new Riverlawn School.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the supervisors’ meeting room at the County Administration Building on Third Street in Pulaski.
Other hearings for which public comment is being sought include:
• A resolution on a Highland Park bond;
• A Petition by Pulaski County for revisions to the Pulaski County Comprehensive Plan – Future Land Use Map on several parcels in the Cloyd, Ingles and Massie districts.
• A petition by Appalachian Conference Pentecostal Holiness Church to rezone parcels located on the north side of Lee Highway and the west side of Oak Grove Ave. from Residential (R) to Commercial (CM1).
• A petition by College Avenue Chevron LLC to rezone parcels located off State Park Rd. at Exit 101 from Residential (R1) to Commercial (CM1).
•A petition by Pegasus Tower Company, Ltd to rezone parcels owned by LFLD Development, LLC, located on the south side of Viscoe Rd. from Transitional Industrial District (IO) to Agricultural (A1),.
• A petition by Pegasus Tower Company, Ltd for Special Use Permits (SUP) on parcel owned by LFLD Development, LLC, located on the south side of Viscoe Rd., to allow Telecommunications Antennas and Towers and for setback from any off-site residential structure.
• A petition by Cellere to rezone parcels owned by the County of Pulaski, located on the west side of Cleburne Blvd. at the closed Cloyd’s Mountain Landfill, from Conservation (C1) to Agricultural (A1).
• A petition by Cellere for Special Use Permit on parcels owned by the County of Pulaski, located on the west side of Cleburne Blvd. (Rt. 100) at the closed Cloyd’s Mountain Landfill, to allow telecommunications antennas and towers.
