Outbuilding to blame for Pulaski fire

An outbuilding fire Sunday night on Alum Spring Road ended up causing $25,000 worth of damage.
The Pulaski Fire Department responded to the fire at 4995 Alum Spring Road in Pulaski at 10:48 p.m. Sunday night, according to Sgt. Todd Garwood, deputy fire marshal for the Pulaski Fire Department.
He said that after an investigation yesterday, it was determined that electrical issues caused the fire.
The Pulaski Fire Department responded to the fire with six units and 22 personnel members. In addition, the Dublin Fire Department responded with 10 personnel members and two pieces of equipment.
A total of 6,000 gallons of water was used to squelch the fire.
Garwood said the fire was extinguished by 2 a.m. Monday morning.
