Lillie Fowler Gregg Duncan

Lillie Fowler Gregg Duncan, 58 of Pulaski, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009 in Virginia Commonwealth University Hospital in Richmond.  She was born October 20, 1950 in Richmond and was the daughter of the late Mary L. Cruff Fowler and Oval Fowler.  She was a member of the Dora Highway Baptist Church, and was a graduate of the New River Community College School of Nursing in 1978.  She practiced as a nurse at Pulaski Community Hospital and area nursing homes for over 25 years.  She is survived by her husband, Jerry Lee Duncan of Pulaski, two sons Todd P. Gregg of Richmond, and Jerry Lee Duncan, II of Christiansburg; a daughter Susan Denise Adkins and her husband J.C. of Claytor Lake, three brothers Earl Harry Wyatt, Jr. of Sykesville, MD;, Jack Lee Wyatt of Sykesville, MD., Raymond Fowler of Reno, Nevada, and a sister Mrs. Gib “Juanita” Mills of Franklin, Indiana.  She is also survived by four grandchildren James Michael Chapman, II, Brianna Denise Elizabeth Adkins, Jayden Lee Adkins, and Savannah Grace Adkins, and her beloved dog Max.  A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at Thomas M. Seagle & Sons, Pulaski, with the Rev. Rick Wright officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 6 until 7 p.m.  Flowers will be appreciated, but for those who wish they may make memorial contributions to the local Pulaski charity in need of their choice.  Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.seaglefuneralhome.com  Arrangements by Thomas M.
