Lucille French Winstead age 76 formerly of Pulaski, Va., departed this life on Feb. 11, 2009 in Pittsburg, PA. Funeral service will be Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the United Holy Church, 16th Street Extension, Pulaski, Va. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:00 noon until time of service at the church. Burial will be at the Pinehurst Cemetery, Pulaski, Va.
