Joseph "Tommy" Quesenberry, 70 of Radford, entered into Heaven’s Gates in the early morning of February 10, 2009. Tommy was employed with Jefferson Mills for forty-one years and was a member of the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church. Born in Wythe County, Tommy was the son of the late John and Annie Smith Quesenberry. Also preceding him in death are his brothers Bill, Lee and Bud Quesenberry. Left to cherish his memory are his wife and best friend of forty nine years, Phyllis Potts Quesenberry; his son and daughter-in-law Kenny and Renee Quesenberry of Dublin, his brother Millard Quesenberry of Olive Branch, Illinois; sister and brother-in-law, Nina and Vance Lane; sisters Agnes Shelton and Della Bratton, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church, with the service to follow, officiated by Rev. Mike Ingo and Rev. Kenneth Fogus. Interment will be in the church cemetery on Friday, February 13 at 11 a.m.
The family will be meeting at the home of Kenny and Renee Quesenberry, 5913 Wesley Street, Dublin, Va.
