Congressman Rick Boucher and Senate Candidate Mark Warner will be in Pulaski this Saturday, Nov. 1 for a Democratic Rally, Boucher’s office announced today.
The rally will be held at 11 a.m. at the Masonic Lodge on Fourth Street in Pulaski.
The rally is one of 10 to be held in the Ninth Congressional District as part of the Democrat’s annual Election Weekend Swing Tour.
Boucher and Warner will be joined at the rallies by other Southwest Virginia Democrats.
In addition to Boucher, other invited speakers include Senator Jim Webb and members of the Virginia House of Delegates and State Senate.
Warner will join the events on Saturday, while United Mine Workers of America President Cecil Roberts will join the events on Sunday.

Other stops on Saturday’s tour include:
9:30 a.m. – Montgomery County Democratic Rally, Montgomery County Governmental Complex, Christiansburg.
1 p.m. – Wythe County Democratic Barbecue and Rally, Fort Chiswell High School, Route 52, Max Meadows.
3 p.m. – Smyth County Democratic Rally, Smyth County Courthouse, Marion.
5 p.m. – Washington County Democratic Potluck Supper and Rally, E.B. Stanley Middle School, Abingdon.
7 p.m. – Russell County Democratic Potluck Supper and Rally, Honaker Elementary School, Honaker.

Sunday’s schedule includes:
1 p.m. – Buchanan County Democratic Lunch and Rally, Grundy High School, Grundy.
3 p.m. – Tazewell County Democratic Rally, Richlands High School, Richlands.
5 p.m. – Wise County Democratic Rally, Mountain Empire Community College, Goodloe Center, Big Stone Gap.
7 p.m. – Dickenson County Democratic Potluck Supper and Rally, Clintwood Elementary School, Clintwood.
