Bond set for Dublin man accused of wounding child

Bond was set Thursday for a Dublin man accused of wounding a child in 2006.
Eric Martin Kincer recently was indicted on charges of malicious wounding of a child more than 18 months old and child abuse and neglect.
The incidents are alleged to have occurred April 22, 2006, but no details of the case were provided.
Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Colin Gibb agreed to set Kincer’s bond at $10,000. The bond must be secured with some kind of surety.
While he is free on bond, Kincer will be placed under supervision by pre-trial services.
Gibb asked whether it should be a condition of the bond that Kincer not have any contact with the alleged victim.
“The child has been removed,” responded Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Skip Schwab.
