WilcoHess, Bojangles part of development in Fairlawn area

FAIRLAWN — A combination gas station, convenience store and restaurant is being proposed for a tract of land that is being graded along Route 11 in Fairlawn.
The property, across the highway from the former K-mart building, has been undergoing grading for a number of months now.
According to a building data summary sheet on file for the property in the Pulaski County Building Office, a combination WilcoHess Travel Mart and Bojangles is being planned for at least part of the property.
Melody Taylor, county zoning administrator, said there still are other steps that must be completed before construction can begin.
According to other building department information, SHAH Development is listed as the owner of the commercially-zoned (CM-1) property at 7455 Lee Highway (Route 11).
